AT (Autogenic Training) is taught either individually or in small groups, allowing you to learn in the
setting that suits you best.
Every course begins with an initial Pre-Course Assessment Meeting, where we discuss your history, your current situation, and any questions you may have about Autogenic Training and the course structure.
Each week introduces a new AT exercise — there are six in total — with each one building on the skills you developed during the previous week.
You’ll practise the mental exercises three times a day for a few minutes, keeping a brief daily record of your experiences.
AT can be integrated into your everyday life and practised almost anywhere:
By the eighth session, you will have learned all the core elements of Autogenic Training, along with additional exercises that deepen the autogenic process by helping you acknowledge the past and release stored or repressed emotions.
Together, these techniques form a lifelong toolkit you can use whenever you need to rebalance and restore calm.
Group Courses are not group psychotherapy or counselling.
Everyone attending is there for one purpose: to learn Autogenic Training.

You’ll find humour, support, and shared understanding within the group setting, and confidentiality is always respected.
